Theo felt his head spinning.. He felt like his stomach and intestines were ripped off him.. Everything around him was blurred.. What was happening to him?
Suddenly, things started coming back to Theo.. Him getting out of the car as he was patrolling.. Men coming from everywhere.. Surrounding him.. He remembered no faces..
Theo tried to move.. It was extremely hard even lifting a hand.. How could he solve the Malne case in this situation? With a titanic attempt he lifted one hand and passed it on his body.. With his great terror, Theo realized he had scars in many parts of his body.. The men who had attacked him were brutal.. But, for one thing, Theo was grateful for not being killed..
Theo considered for a moment.. Did he have any enemies? Dalton.. That son of a bitch.. He could be one of the men that attacked him..
Mr.Leon? Are you awake?
Theo heard a voice calling him.. He saw a police officer standing by his side.. He tried to speak to him, but no sound came.. The police officer looked at him worriedly and got out shouting for a doctor..
Soon, Theo was being examined by a doctor.. He should be in GlineGold Hospital.. It was the only one it the city.. He should have been transferred there..
Well, he's gonna live and some of the scars will leave, but I am afraid some will remain.., the doctor said to the police officer.. Theo considered with terror how his body would look.. Mr.Leon.. We're really sorry.. Perhaps some plastic surgery in the future..
But, Theo no longer listened.. He was about to cry.. All he wanted now was a person to understand him and support him in this difficult time..

Caitlynn walked into the room dressed as a nurse. She had forged nursing credencials and had gotten a job easily enough at the hospital. After studying everything to become what she was she could easily pass a nursing test anyway and she needed to keep an eye on the policeman that she had put there in the first place... make sure he wouldnt remember her or how he had gotten in the position he was in.
Dressed in white and her dark hair up she came into the room as the doctors and officer left. There was on officer standing outside his door. Stupid cops really knew nothing about things she thought to herself. Giving him a soft caring smile she as she approached him, she checked the bandage on his cheek. "How are you feeling today Mr. Leon?" she asked sweetly, her hands gentle on him.

Theo watched a nurse come in and getting ready to take care of him.. It had been some hours ago that he started feeling well enough to speak and started moving himself a bit..
"Fine, thanks", he said, answering to the nurse's question.. She was a beautiful nurse.. It seemed it was true that the nurses in hospitals many timed were gorgeous.. Theo concentrated and his suspicions about getting attacked again returned.. He had been thinking of it and someone may want to finish him now that he was in this situation.. He was thus cautious towards this nurse that seemed to remind something to Theo, but Theo wasn't sure exactly what..
When the nurse touched him, Theo felt a wave of hatred surge through him and pushed the nurse backwards.. He didn't know why he did that.. Had he ended up being paranoiac?
"I.. am sorry", Theo said and laid back, showing that he would allow her to examine him..

Caitlynn went backwards a bit acting shocked and scared. A small tear escaped. "I.." she studdered out. "Im sorry Mr. Leon I only ment to examine you." Approaching him cautiously she tried again to lift the bandage on his face.

Theo let the woman examine him. He was indeed becoming paranoiac! This woman was only a nurse and he was acting like this with so many police officers taking care of him!!
Sighing Theo allowed the nurse to lift the bandage and examine him. As soon as she finished he asked: "So how are my wounds?"

Caitlynn gave him a sexy smile that warmed her dark eyes. "They are healing." she told him in a soft voice. "and there is no infection and that is very good." She lifted the sheet to examine the ones on his chest and legs.. "You are very lucky that your attackers did not hit any vital arteries." she said as she examined every wound. "They are healing nicely and you should be up and about within a week or so." she changed his bandages and replaced the sheet. "Very lucky." she repeated softly. Picking up the chart Caitlynn read how he still had very little memory of his attacker/s and kept her face blank as she made her notes within the chart itself. She was his nurse after all and it was her job. "The chart says you dont remember anything. Is your memory coming back at all?" her voice was that of a concerned professional doing her job.. nothing more. If anything Caitlynn had learned to become a very good actress.. it was sometimes very necessary in her line of work.

Theo was happy with the news. He was indeed lucky. He could be dead now.. Instead his wounds were healing and he was in the hope that just one or two scars would be left after he would get up.. He had much job to do in the police station and he already started becoming anxious about returning back to work..
Theo watched the nurse take notes and read the chart. She asked him about his memory.. Theo thought hard for a moment, then shook his head disappointed and said: "They must have done something to me and I don't remember.. I think it was many men who attacked me.. I am not sure.."

Caitlynn nodded sympathetically while putting down the chart and approaching him. "Where you hit on the head?" she asked as she took her fingers and gently ran them over his head to check for injury. She smelled faintly of her white musk bodywash.. nurses were not allowed to wear any type of perfume at all while on duty because of patient allergies. Her movements were innocent and only designed to be healing but when she checked his head she leaned over just a bit and a breast brushed his arm just a bit.

Theo allowed the nurse to approach him and examine his head.. There was something strange about this nurse.. Theo could not understand what though.. As she bent over him to examine his wound, her breast touched his hand.. Theo pulled his hand back.. He didn't know if this was accidentally or on purpose.. Besides in his situation left him no mood to think that he could fuck this nurse.. He just allowed her to finish the examination and then tell him her further comments..

Pulling back she frowned a little bit. "Well.." she said "you have no head injury. So I am not sure what else could have happened for you to lose your memory. Perhaps it was just the trauma itself." she said returning to the chart then putting it away at the foot of his bed. She pretended not to notice his reaction to her. It was obvious that though he didnt remember her at all consciously his subconscious did. Not that it would be a problem and if it became one she could easily kill him. It was better though to just go with the flow for a little bit and be his nurse.. besides it was an income measily as it was. "I need to go check on my other patients. Just press the call button if you need anything." she turned to leave.

Theo nodded and said: "OK", when the nurse told him she would leave. He felt somewhat relieved to see her leave..
Theo sighed and picked up his radio that was next to him.. He called the policeman who stood outside the door..
"Officer come in.."
The officer came in with a look of worry in his face. Yes Mr.Leon?
Theo turned to the officer and said: "From now on I want you to check everyone that comes in here for anything lethal that could kill me. Furthermore there will be an officer standing outside the door and one in this room with me, in case anything escapes the officer that stands outside. Is this understandable? Transfer my orders and apply them from now on.."
The officer nodded and went out to tell the others.. Theo closed his eyes.. He had started becoming tired with this, but, for a strange reason, he felt that his security was inadequate..

After the visit he had last night from a very close friend of his, Dalton thought it would be wise to check the situation himself.Wearing his best suit on, Dalton made his way to the hospital to make sure that his assassin had indeed done the job asked. Theo Leon's badge was in his own bedroom the previous night and just the thought of that asshole not having his badge made Dalton thrilled and excited.
Entering the hospital, Dalton pretended to be a policeman, friend of Leon, and got the necessary information he needed just to get to Leon's room. When he reached it, he entered quietly and caught with his eyes a pretty familiar face dressed as a nurse walking out of the room. Dalton nodded in politeness though he didn't let his expression change. There wasn't even a smile on his face when looking at the beautiful face of Caitlynn. No one should find out that they knew each other.
"Don't you think you are asking for too much?"
Dalton leaned against a wall of Theo's room staring directly at the injured fatality on the bed having just heard the man's request to a fellow cop. Dalton growled at the other policeman as he approached, making him flee out of the room. The policemen were the only ones who knew how powerful Dalton was having managed to make his reputation disappear while he was in prison.
"You are on your beauties today Leon!"

Theo finished his request to the fellow policeman, when he heard of a familiar voice..
"Dalton! What are you doing here?", Theo said half-closing his eyes. "It seems I did well in introducing all these protective measures.. Stay there and don't move until an officer returns here.."
Then it was that Theo heard the second comment of his ex-prisoner and that was when he was really angry. This man was making fun of him even now.
"I may not be in my beauties today, but I think I look better than you.." He observed Dalton from head to toe and then commented: "Life outside prison has not changed you much.. You are the same shit as you were there!!"

Allison nodded her head as she walked into the hospital. She had heard about what had happened to Theo over the radio while waiting at the police station. After that, she had jumped up and ran from the office, even with having been told to stay there and wait where she was.
By the time she had reached the hospital her face was flushed red from all the blood running rapidly through her veins. Upon entering Theo's room he saw an Theo in a bed, another officer, and a man she had seen only once before. Her brow furrowed in confusion when she saw him, but even more so when Theo said his name was Dalton.
Looking back and forth between the two men she tried to figure out who was telling the truth. Finally, her eyes rested on Dalton in an icy stare. "You lied to me," she said with a mixture of confusion and anger evident in her tone. "You told me your name was James, and now here I find it isn't. And you've been to jail! What else did you fail to mention to me?" She folded her arms over her chest, never moving her stare from him.

Theo stared in confusion as Allison burst into the room. He was taken totally by surprise from her arrival. He hadn't expected to see her there..
Theo was even further surprised when he heard Allison saying something about Dalton lying to her. This could be a very good chance of getting to arrest Dalton again. With a smile he turned to Dalton and said: "I see you were busy Dalton after getting out of jail!! It seems here you deceived one of our citizens by lying!!"
Then Theo turned to Allison and said coldly before Dalton could speak: "His name is David Dalton and he was recently released from jail after finishing his sentence of two years. He was put in jail for homicide. Did he hurt you? Did he do anything illegal? I can arrest him immediately and this time the sentence will be even bigger!!"
Smiling, Theo asked Dalton: "What else have you been doing Dalton? Somewhere I got the sense you are ending up in jail again.."
