Alexander was never understand why he was taken here to the Passion Fruit City; he once had a normal life somewhere back there in London, a kind of average life every 16-years-old boy could ever dreamt of. He came from a wealthy family, a strict Christian at that, and he had good marks at school if it wasn't the best of his year. But then it happened, he was taken away here to the city he never knew and forced to live a life he never thought he could ever fall into.
Sighed he looked at the school across the street, watching the kids of his age playing around, kissing at the cars and nearby the lockers, the boys playing soccer and basketball... Just a normal life he once had, and now ripped away from. He continued to walk, his shabby clothes and tousled dirty blond hair had no place between those kids anyway. He had chose to be a bitch to live and there was no turning back.

Theo was in the police car patrolling around the city. He was prepared for anything.. This city was full of outlaws.. Suddenly he got in the road of the school and saw all these kids playing around.. Too bad he never got the chance to be like them.. The memories of his repressed life came back..
Theo shook his head clearing his mind of those unpleasant memories, however he didn't notice that a kid was crossing the street and he almost hit him with the car. He braked immediately and got out of the car approaching the youngster. He quickly said with an apologizing tone in his voice: "You OK? I am really sorry.."

Xander was a bit taken aback when he saw the car came; he tried to move but his legs can't compromised with his mind that he stayed there, standing and almost being hit straightaway if only the driver didn't hit the brake. He was still pale and shaken as the door opened, and was even more nervous when he realized it was an officer; he gulped and tried to ran, he was paranoid near those people wearing uniforms, but his legs just too flabby that he stubled to the older man's chest.
"I... Sorry" he could only say that while he let his blue eyes looked up to the older man in clear look of fear, "...thanks for stopping the car anyway"

"No, i am sorry", Theo insisted, "I should be more careful.. And there is no need to thank me.."
Then turning, Theo looked around and then he asked: "So school is beginning now? I shouldn't delay you if you have to go there.."
Theo looked at the boy. He still looked pale, so he said: "There is no reason to be scared. I think you shouldn't go to school at your situation.. Where is your house? Perhaps i can drop you there.."

Xander's heart fell as he heard the older man questioning him about school. Slowly he shook his head no. "I'm not a student. Not anymore" he bit his lower lip before looked up at the man, only to catch his line about drop him home. Well to be honest he had no home, he just sleep anywhere he could find a slightly warm place to keep him from cold, or in luckier day, in his costumer's house.
But then again that luckier day was like a week away from the moment he was standing there with the police; he was too young, and too pale that people think twice before hired him. He had only less than twenty bucks by him now and clearly no place he could rent for that amount of money
"I have no house" he finally told him, he decided he might trust this handsome officer, "I... I just sleep wherever people take me to"

"How come you ended up like this?", Theo said very surprised by the boy's words.. However, he shook his head and said: "No, this is not the time to tell me this.. To begin with what is your name? You have no parents or relatives or anyone who might take care of you? I believe you should come in the car and tell me about it all.."
He turned his dark green eyes and stared at the boy.. Too bad he was all alone in such a city as this.. It could prove really dangerous..
"Fortunately i found you before any criminal did", Theo said and rolled his eyes around to look if there was any danger nearby.

Xander was a bit relieved as the man told him that he should come in his car to tell him his story; he was more than grateful to do so. He smiled weakly as the officer said that last line and he walked to his passenger car, a bit worried where to seated himself but decided the front seat might be a better idea.
He slid inside the car and sat there, waiting for the man to enter before said, "my name's Alexander... Seventeen this Christmas" he added. He bit his lower lip again and looked at those beautiful green eyes for a while before continued,
"I... I was taken here from London. They tried to kill me, but I managed to run and since I need to survive-" he stopped for a second before continued, "-I started to sell my body"

Theo got in the car in the driver's seat next to the boy.. He drove the car and parked it exactly opposite the school. He turned and looked at the boy, while he heard him say his story. He didn't interrupt him once..
As the boy finished his story Theo asked: "Who tried to kill you Alexander?"
He shook his head in disapproval before the boy went on and said: "You shouldn't have done such a foolish thing as to sell your body.. You are a handsome boy, but you shouldn't be wasted this way.." Theo finished his sentence and observed the boy from head to toe, noticing that indeed this boy seemed to have something special that attracted men and women to pay for his body..

Xander shrugged again before answered, "...I don't really know... possibly one of my father's rivals". His vision became blurry by tears as he mentioned of his father; he had tried to call him, asking for help, but when he told his father where he was the old man only told him that he was dead for the family. That no one will come to help and he would have to survive all by himself. He cried all night long when he realized that his father, one of the richest men back there in the country, spoil his only son just because he was too afraid that he wont be able to return if he go save him from the Passion Fruit City.
"Sometomes... there's no choice" he told the officer before shook his head. "I have no choice, Officer, I'm still considered as underage and you know how bad things are here. Selling myself earn some cash to survive for another day... or at least I thought so" he added thoughtfully. He looked up again onto those gorgeous eyes and bluntly asked, "...please buy me a lunch, sir... and you may use me if you want to afterwards"

"OK, don't cry..", Theo said , "I believe that you should tell us.. To the police.. We could have helped you.. Too bad you ended up like this.. Hope we will find the one who killed your father.. You should come to the police station afterwards.."
Then considering the boy's proposal for a lunch, Theo turned the car on and headed for a nearby restaurant. He sighed as they stopped outside.. The boy was next to him.. Theo felt pity for the boy.. Perhaps, he shouldn't take advantage of him at this moment.. He searched in his pockets and found some money. "Take this and go eat or do anything you want, Alexander.. Hope you'll find luck in this hard life they plunged you in.."

Xander was silent until they reached the restaurant. He looked out from his window for a while, at the restaurant, then back to the officer and shook his head, refusing the money offered. "No" he said, "no, sir. I wont accept that money unless I could pay something in return" even in the hardest time Xander never forget his pride; he didn't want to accept people's kindness if he can't payback, and so he kept shaking his head.
"you know, you can at least give me your name. and let me reply your kindness. You have been so nice to me, and if you dont want me it's alright with me... I'll work harder and I'll return this money to you" he gave him a determined look, wanting so much for the man to take him; he was so handsome, so... manly that even if he refused to buy him luch Xander will still offer himself to him.

Theo watched the youngster turn stubborn and and refuse the money.. However, then, to his great surprise, he noticed that he hadn't told his name to Alexander.. "Well.. I am Theo.."
Theo noticed that the boy obviously wanted to work for the money. He winked at him and said: "OK Alexander.. So if you wanna do something for this money let's go.." He finished his sentence and moved the car a bit far away off the street and into a field, where they couldn't be seen..
